Tom’s path into real estate began before he was even born. As the grandson of W.H. Bosley (the brokerage’s founder), real estate is in Tom’s blood. In February 1985, Tom purchased the firm from his father and uncle who acquired it from their father in the ‘50s.
Career background
Still an active real estate professional and member of Bosley leadership, Tom has been working in the industry since 1968. Starting out, Tom worked in commercial real estate but soon realized his passion existed in the residential market.

His career today
Tom is currently chair of Bosley Real Estate, and has served the real estate community in many capacities. Outside of Bosley, Tom has held positions at TRREB, OREA, and CREA as president, and at RECO as chair.
Community involvement
Throughout Tom’s career, he has given back to the community through his involvement with the Special Olympics as well as Rotary and the Harbor Town Yacht Club.
