Lee Caswell is a highly experienced real estate sales leader in Northumberland County, with deep roots in Port Hope. He combines his extensive knowledge of real estate with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and patience, ensuring that his clients are well-supported throughout the buying and selling process.
Before transitioning to real estate, Lee’s passion for antiques led him to operate a successful antique business in downtown Port Hope for over 25 years. His expertise in antiques earned him national recognition, having served as an appraiser on all four seasons of Canada’s Antiques Roadshow.
Additionally, Lee held significant leadership roles within the Canadian Antique Dealers Association (CADA), including serving as President and Past President.
Lee is also deeply dedicated to giving back to his community, particularly through his love for architecture and design. A current member and former Board member of the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario (ACO) in Port Hope and Cobourg, he has played a significant role in the annual house tour for over 30 years. Lee has personally restored several historic homes in Port Hope, blending traditional architecture with modern elements, utilizing energy-efficient products and quality materials. His work has been recognized in national publications such as Chatelaine, Canadian House and Home, and The New York Times.
