Since the age of 6, Kate has been tagging along with David on sales calls and showings, so much so that his clients would ask where his ‘sidekick’ was when he would go alone. So after graduating from Queens University it was a natural progression for Kate to join David in the business in 2005.

Kate’s heart and love for people is as boundless as her knowledge of Real Estate. She is passionate about the profession and is a longtime volunteer in organized real estate. She has been twice elected to the position of Director-at-Large on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. She currently chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, is Vice-Chair of the Government Relations Committee, and is a member of the Executive Committee. A past Board Member of the Ontario Realtors Care Foundation, she currently serves on the Finance and Audit Committee of the Foundation. In her local community she is involved in fundraising and classroom reading at her children’s school – which she herself attended, trying to give back wherever she can.

In her spare time Kate can be found spending time with her husband Rob, their 2 young children, and their dog, and reading up on local history – a subject she has loved since childhood.
