I was born and raised in downtown Toronto and know the city’s diverse neighborhoods inside and out. I am passionate about this city and all the fantastic things it has to offer. I bought my first house in my twenties and haven’t looked back, buying and selling several properties of my own. I have professionally transformed many houses into what I needed them to be, including multi-unit income properties, commercial investments and single-family homes. I have a great ability for recognizing a house’s potential no matter what state it is in. During my previous career as a project manager in the retail store design industry I honed my renovation and design skills. I can see the potential (or lack of) in every home and I love a “before and after” done right! I have access to professionals in all areas of buying, selling and renovating a home and I will work hard to make sure these processes run smoothly. I look forward to working with you.
