With a career in real estate that spans over 20 years, Arthur has established an exceptional reputation for uncompromising honesty, patience, and outstanding negotiating skills. His strong focus on client care has resulted in an unusually loyal clientele, with many of them returning for his services multiple times.

Originally trained as a carpenter with a deep knowledge of the building trades, Arthur obtained his real-estate license to facilitate buying and selling homes for the design and renovation company he co-founded and ran for years. As word of his unique expertise and qualifications spread, Arthur’s services became increasingly in demand, leading him to make the decision to commit to a full-time career in real estate. He decided to hang up his hammer for good in 2000.

A lifelong Torontonian and long-time West Ender, Arthur resides in the Dufferin Grove neighborhood with his partner, Liz, an artist and educator, and their two daughters.
